Our vision is to foster a culture of efficiency and problem solving that benefits our teammates, customer, business; while ensuring we operate as one united network of sites.
Air MI’s manufacturing practices are currently inconsistent across production sites and ripe with opportunity for improvement.
To enhance efficiency, we are reigniting the Lean DNA that has existed at Air MI for decades through the launch of the Air MI Manufacturing System.
This approach to manufacturing will create a common understanding and utilization of Lean principles that drives continuous improvement.
