  • I’M ABLE TO ACCESS THE REPORTING PAGE BUT CAN’T SEE ANY DASHBOARD DATA. WHY IS THAT?

    If you're attempting to view the Safety Training Dashboard on the page but get an error, you may not have an active Power BI license.


    A license can be requested via Nike Now.

  • I’M NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE DASHBOARD AT ALL. ARE THERE ANY OTHER RESOURCES BESIDES FAQS TO HELP ME GET STARTED?

    You can view an instructional video, written FAQs, and/or an instructional PowerPoint by clicking here. These will give you an overview of how to use the dashboard and what its purpose is.

  • I’M VIEWING MY TEAM’S LEARNING RECORDS BUT THE DATA ISN’T UP TO DATE. HOW OFTEN IS DATA UPDATED?

    Updates every day. The date of the last update is located in the upper right of the screen.


    If you’re experiencing a data discrepancy, reference the date and time of the last update. If it’s not recent, wait approximately 24 hours and try your query again.

  • I’VE WAITED 48 HOURS BUT THE DATA IS STILL WRONG. HOW DO I GET IT CORRECTED?

    If it’s been over 48 hours and your teams learning records are still incorrect, please contact airmi.learning@nike.com to notify us of the issue.


    If your teams organizational data is incorrect. For example if an individual appears in the report that is no longer on your team due to change of department, promotion, resignation, etc. please submit a People Solutions ticket. People Solutions General Questions
